These stamps were issued in 1960 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Boy Scouts of America, which was incorporated by W.D. Boyce on February 8th, 1910. The stamps feature a painting of a Scout by the great illustrator Norman Rockwell.
This sheet is guaranteed to be fault-free with full, original, undisturbed gum and full, intact, selvage (cropped in pic). It's guaranteed to be just as fresh as when it was purchased in a post office 61 years ago.
