    This Lot of 2 consists of 2 sets of the USPS Bicentennial Souvenir Stamp Sheet Collection. One set was opened but the other set is still sealed in original envelope. The gum on the back has yellowed and the fronts are lightly yellowing. Otherwise VGUC. The opened envelope has a rip under the flap. From my father’s collection- please view pictures for condition .
