    Alden Ehrenreich was discovered by Steven Spielberg at the Bat Mitzvah of a friend of Spielberg's daughter. On May 5, 2016, Ehrenreich was cast as Han Solo, in a prequel film that Solo's early life before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
