Includes all original pieces, except the compass. The window seat has a scene flip that turns into a water view. Window seat opens for storage and the fire picture rotated into a mirror. Fireplace requires 3 AA batteries. A few scratches and scuffs from wear and tear, but in pretty good condition overall. Original box not included. This is a very heavy set. Non-smoking home.
