American Girl Doll - Jess GOTY 2006 - NRFB
Jess was the Girl of the Year in 2006. She was a new face mold that is now called the Jess mold.  She has dark brown hair and eyes. Her book is still in a protective slip wrap and was not read.
The Jess doll has never been removed from her box but the little rubber bands around her feet have snapped.
