This retired American Girl set had one loving previous owner. It's even more darling in real life; everything the catalog promised and more! Check out the pictures to see what I mean.
Includes: Set walls that fold into a storage box; foldout murphy bed, mattress, duvet, round pillow, two pillows, one decorative pillow; nighstand, rotary phone, wall lamp that works!, and cut flowers in vase; 'welcome' sign, soap, three toiletries bottles, q-tips and nail file, two AG branded towels, a hair dryer, and two mini boxes to hold the mentioned items; darling dresser that transforms into concierge desk, ice bucket, water cup with ice, notepad, bell, chocolates, basket, two bottled waters, and a directory book with menus inside; reversible images for each of the windows.
Condition: excellent condition with only a few signs of wear; see pictures for details. Clean and in total working order. Missing tongs for ice pitcher, a second room service menu, and pen for the notepad, so those items are BYOB!
Almost kept it for myself. :)
