American Girl Truly Me 38 Beautiful but slightly TLC

American Girl doll Truly me 38, she is beautiful but slightly TLC. She has a slight red mark on her nose that wouldn't come off with magic eraser but may come off with Oxy, also has red marks on the tips of her fingers. She has some major marks on her legs that must have come from wearing off brand leggings.  I'm sure there are also some shine marks from play. Her ears are pierced , please look carefully at pictures, her hair is beautiful but a little dry on the ends and her eyes work perfectly, she comes in an AG dress, shoes and panties that I think is her original but her panties have some picks on the back ...please ask all questions as I DO not do returns...
