Miracle II Neutralizer Gel 7X is a mineral-concentrated alkalizing gel but is NOT a concentrate itself. It has the same consistency as the regular gel but has a 7-times stronger mineral formulation. It's excellent for use in areas where stronger effects are required. It is a colorless and tasteless gel that dries quickly and is non-sticky. Neutralizer Gel can soothe your skin while protecting it from the irritation often associated with shaving and other skin eruptions. It's a great soother for sunburns and it's known for providing your complexion with an energizing fresh glow of radiant health.

2 - "Carbopol 940" is a gelling agent that comes as a white powder. It is a high viscosity builder and stabilizer; provides clarity and a high suspending ability in hair gels; and provides high clarity.  This is the only non-natural ingredient amongst the entire different Miracle II formulations.  It is a common ingredient found in any kind of hair gel product.
Directions for Use
Apply to the skin, as needed.  Like ALL Miracle II products, a little goes a long way and it’s rare to need to use a lot of any of our products in one sitting.  Safe on kids and pets too!
