Meet Nanette, the one-of-a-kind American Girl.
She was created from a gently preloved Nanea American Girl doll. Her unique eyes are hand painted in glitter green, gold, copper, and umber tones. Acrylic paint was used to add feathered eyebrows, delicate eyelashes, golden eyeshadow, shimmer blush, and cranberry shading with gloss to her lips. Although all paint has been sealed, this doll should be handled gently.
Nanette's luscious custom walnut ombre wig has been permanently attached with waterproof craft contact adhesive, E6000. It is heat safe and tangle resistant. To maintain the style, mist and finger curl.
Her outfit was created by talented Etsy seamstress, AngelMarieBoutique. The butterfly t-shirt closes with Velcro and the jeans pull on. Her new pink flats and pink grosgrain hair clip are included.
I have customized this doll in my smoke-free, pet-free studio. She has been thoroughly cleaned and restrung. Her limbs are tight and easily hold a pose. There are light marks/shines/rubs on the vinyl from handling. I have replaced the zip tie at her neck with a new neck string. Nanette will arrive with her own Artist's Certificate of Authenticity.
