1998 Tweety & Sylvester *Error* 10th Stamp Imperf - Post Office Fresh - No Creases Or Other Significant Flaws - Sc# 3205 -
In this USPS release, the stamp standing alone in the panel on the right was supposed to be perforated like the stamps on the left side so that it could be peeled off the panel and used however the perforation machine missed some creating this collectable error!
